After Completion → Campaign Launch

Once your campaign creation is complete, you’ll be taken to the management page, where you can perform the following actions:

🛠 Available Actions

1. Edit

   1. You can edit your campaign once every 15 minutes.

   2. After depositing rewards, editing will no longer be possible.

2. Deposit Rewards

   1. Deposit both campaign rewards and referral rewards.

   2. Even when distributing Backerz original NFTs, you must still execute the “Deposit” transaction (no token transfer occurs).

   3. The campaign cannot start until rewards are deposited.

      1. Note: reflection on-chain may take a few minutes.

   4. After deposit, you cannot edit or delete the campaign.

3. Withdraw Rewards

   1. If rewards remain unclaimed, you can withdraw them one month after the campaign ends.

4. Delete

   1. Campaigns can be deleted only before making a deposit.

5. Start / Finish

   1. You can start or finish a campaign earlier than the scheduled period.

6. Pause

   1. Temporarily pause an active campaign

7. CSV Import / Export

   1. Import or export task completion data as a CSV file.

8. Check Lottery Results

   1. If a lottery system is configured for rewards, you can view the list of winners.

📊 Campaign Status

1. Pending

   1. The default state after campaign creation.

   2. You can edit or delete the campaign in this state.

2. Waiting to Start

   1. After depositing rewards and before the start date.

   2. The campaign will be visible to users in the public campaign list.

   3. Editing and deletion are no longer available after this point.

3. On going

   1. The campaign becomes active once the scheduled period begins or when manually started.

   2. Users can now participate and complete tasks.

4. Finished

   1. The campaign has reached its end date.

   2. If rewards are distributed after the campaign, they can be claimed once the campaign ends.

   3. One month after the campaign ends, you can withdraw any remaining deposited rewards.
